MELSERVO MR-J2
Mitsubishi developed the MELSERVO MR-J2 series, a general-purpose AC servo amplifier that is well-known for its high performance, broad range of functions, and ease of use. Because of its high torque and speed, the series is ideal for demanding applications. It's small and light, making it simple to install and integrate into machines. This series is available in a wide range of voltages, ranging from 200 to 230 volts AC at a frequency of 50/60 hertz with a standard 220-volt AC power supply, and also is it available in a 100-volt AC version. This series comes in several models with power ratings ranging from 0.1 (100 watts) to 700 kilowatts. It also has a fast maximum speed of 500,000 pulses per second and a resolution of up to 131,072 pulses per revolution with a resolution of 0.0001 degrees. The series has a maximum rate of 60,000 rev/min and a maximum torque of 1,000 Nm. It has an operating temperature range of -10 to +50 degrees Celsius with a maximum humidity of 95 percent. This series is protected by IP65/IP67 rated enclosure, making it suitable for harsh environments regarding dust particles and high-speed water flow, and it meets the requirements of the demanding applications. The series adheres to the UL/C-UL standard. Furthermore, this series comes with a number of options, including a built-in encoder, a digital I/O module, and support for a number of communication protocols, including RS-232C, RS-422, and Ethernet. The MR-J2 series application area covers machine tools, robots, material handling equipment, textile machinery, food processing machinery, and packaging machinery.
