Maintaining a legacy inventory worth over 12 million dollars is no easy task. Our PDF Supply Company, LLC engineers meet that challenge everyday, having over 40 years of experience working with automation products. Our skilled in-house repair department allows us to not only maintain our inventory and make sure that every product that leaves our door meets our rigorous scrutiny, it also means that we are able to provide our customers with a 24-hour repair turn-around time on most products. All repairs include a Functional Lab System Test and Burn-in Cycle Test, as well as a free-of-charge deep clean. All repaired products are also shipped back to customers with replacements for all sub-assemblies including keys, fuses, terminal blocks, wiring label, and grounding cables, all for no additional cost.
