The SGDH-08AE-S-OY servo drive is an Omron Servopack servo drive. Its rated output is 800 Watts. The SGDH-08AE-S-OY servo drive can deliver 5.7 Amps of rated output current continuously, and it can deliver a maximum of 13.9 Amps of rated output current. The input power rating for the main circuit is 220 to 230 Volts AC. The input power rating for the control circuit is 220 to 230 Volts AC. It supports multiple control methods, including the single-phase full-wave rectification, IGBT, pulse width modulation and sine-wave current drive method. The SGDH-08AE-S-OY servo drive also supports multiple feedback methods, including a serial encoder with an absolute or incremental value. It can operate at temperatures of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius and it can be stored at temperatures of -20 to 85 degrees Celsius. The SGDH-08AE-S-OY servo drive’s maximum relative humidity level for operation is 90%, and its maximum storage humidity level is 90%. Operators should avoid installing the SGDH-08AE-S-OY servo drive at altitudes that exceed 1000 meters above sea level. The servo drive is a base-mounted device. The approximate mass of the SGDH-08AE-S-OY servo drive is 1.7 kilograms. It supports torque, speed, and position control options. A RS-422 interface and a RS-232 interface can be used to connect a digital hand-held terminal to the servo drive. The drive’s axis address setting is user-defined.
