The Omron 61F-HSL is a versatile and highly sensitive floatless level switch that offers exceptional performance in liquid-level control applications. It features a variable ultra-high-sensitivity model, making it suitable for precise detection and measurement of liquid levels. The switch operates with a supply voltage of 24, 100, 110, 200, or 220 VAC and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Its operating voltage range spans from 85% to 110% of the rated voltage, ensuring optimal functionality across different power supply conditions. The interelectrode voltage is 13 VDC, while the interelectrode current is limited to a maximum of 1 mA DC. With a power consumption of up to 3.2 VA, the 61F-HSL efficiently utilizes electrical energy. The interelectrode operate resistance can be adjusted within the range of 0 to approximately 5 MΩ, allowing for fine-tuning to meet specific application requirements. The interelectrode release resistance is calculated by adding a maximum of 2.5 MΩ to the operating resistance. This floatless level switch offers a control output of 2A at 220 VAC for inductive load with a power factor of 0.4, and 5A at 220 VAC for resistive load. It is designed to operate reliably in a wide temperature range from -10°C to 55°C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The ambient humidity range for proper operation is 45% to 85% RH. The 61F-HSL exhibits excellent insulation properties with a maximum insulation resistance of 100 MΩ at 500 VDC. Additionally, it demonstrates strong dielectric strength, capable of withstanding 2,000 VAC at 50/60 Hz for 1 minute. The switch is built to last, with a life expectancy of at least 500,000 electrical operations and 5,000,000 mechanical operations.
