The G730-VID16-B module is developed specifically for digital input signals; this G7 series of modules typically offers 4-point, 8-point, and 16-point transistorized terminals based on specific requirements. This G730-VID16-B offers 16 digital input channels for monitoring the status or presence of binary signals in an automation system. The module usually supports a wide variety of voltage input levels, allowing it to communicate with various devices or sensors. Because the I/O terminals are separated from the internal circuits, this series of components can employ NPN and PNP input and output models (for 8-point variants only); two (02) independent power supplies can be used; this G730-VID16-B uses 24 volts direct current as its input source.
