This allows the host programmable controller to be fine-tuned with specific devices for specific applications. The CV500-BC051 CPU backplane is one of the components that is used to construct a CPU rack in a CV series programmable controller. The CPU rack components are a CV series CPU, a CV series power supply, and a CV series I/O control unit. The CV500-BC051 CPU backplane can be used in a CV series programmable controller that has a CPU rack and no other racks, or it can be used in a CV series programmable controller that has additional types of racks.
