The CS1 series by Omron is a medium-sized rack-based PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system that offers a flexible configuration with a wide range of CPU Units, Special I/O Units, and CPU Bus Units. The CS1 PLC supports message communications across various network levels, enabling comprehensive on-site information management and remote monitoring via web functions. It allows easy connectivity with up to 35 peripheral devices using serial communications, eliminating the need for complex communication programs with the protocol macro function. Upgrading facility performance is as simple as replacing the CPU unit, offering seamless scalability.
