Omron manufactured the CQM1-TC201, a temperature control module belonging to the CQM1 series of temperature control modules. It operates with an input voltage of 12 volts DC, an input current of 4 milliamps, and an internal current usage of 190 milliamps at 5 volts DC. The external supply voltage is 24 VDC, but it can oscillate between +10% and -15% with a current of 30 milliamps; the output maximum switching power is also 24 VDC, but its current is 100 milliamps. The leakage current of the output is then 0.1 milliamps, and the residual voltage is 0.8 volts. There are four control loops in this module. It also has a heater burnout alarm, engaged when the alarm is set to 50 amps and deactivated when set to 0.0 amps. This device has a terminal block, advanced PID control, and a program capacity of 7.2 K words. The module dimensions are 25 x 110 x 107 mm (W x H x D), and the maximum weight is 90 grams. This module has many types of input sensors, namely K, J, T, L, R, S, and B, where the 'K' ranges from -200 to 1,300 degrees Celsius, 'J' is -100 to 850 degrees Celsius, 'T' is -200 to 400 degrees Celsius, 'L' is -100 to 850 degrees Celsius, 'R' and 'S' are both 0 to 1,700 degrees Celsius, and 'B' is 100 to 1,800 degrees Celsius. These sensors regulate the temperatures that the CQM1-TC201 receives for the thermocouple to which it may be connected.
