The Omron CQM1-SRM21-V1 Master Unit is an essential component for expanding the capabilities of CQM1 PLC systems. With its special I/O unit classification, it offers flexible configuration options to accommodate varying I/O point requirements. The CQM1-SRM21-V1 supports different I/O point configurations based on the selected mode. In the 8-point mode, it allows for a maximum of 64 inputs and 64 outputs, while in the 4-point mode, it supports up to 16 inputs and 16 outputs. The usable node numbers for each mode are IN0 to IN7 and OUT0 to OUT7 for 8-point mode, and IN0 to IN3 and OUT0 to OUT3 for 4-point mode. Communication cycle times vary depending on the selected mode. In the high-speed communications mode, the cycle time is 0.5 ms for the 8-point mode and 0.8 ms for the 4-point mode. In the long-distance communications mode, the cycle time is 4.0 ms for the 8-point mode and 6.0 ms for the 4-point mode. The CQM1-SRM21-V1 has a maximum switching capacity of 2 A at 24 V DC and a minimum switching capacity of 10 mA at 5 V DC. It utilizes relay-type G6D-1A for reliable operation. The minimum ON time for outputs is 100 ms to ensure stable performance. With an internal current consumption of 5 V DC and 180 mA max, the CQM1-SRM21-V1 is designed to operate efficiently. It weighs 200 g, making it lightweight and suitable for various mounting locations within your automation system. The CQM1-SRM21-V1 is compatible with CQM1 and CQM1H PLCs, allowing seamless integration into different systems.
