Omron's CQM1-OD214 is a Transistor Output Module. This device controls many devices using its 16 PNP transistor outputs. The module can accommodate various load conditions with a maximum switching capacity of 50 mA at 4.5 VDC and 300 mA at 26.4 V. CQM1-OD214 enables precise and accurate switching operations with its low leakage current of 0.1 mA and residual voltage of 0.8 V. With an ON delay of up to 0.1 ms and an OFF delay of up to 0.4 ms. The module enables prompt and effective management of linked devices. The module's internal current consumption is capped at 170 mA at 5 VDC for optimal efficiency. It also features (2) 3.5 Amperes fuses per common for overcurrent protection and are not accessible for replacement by the user. The service power supply needs between 5 and 24 VDC at a minimum of 60 mA to function. Since the module weighs no more than 210 grams and is about a centimeter or so in size, it may be easily installed and integrated into existing control systems. Reliably functioning between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius, it may be used in various commercial settings. The module's connectivity is stable and secure thanks to its screw terminations. The device has a small footprint, measuring just 107 millimeters in depth, 110 millimeters in length, and 32 millimeters in breadth.
