The Omron CJ1W-TC001 temperature control unit is designed to deliver precise temperature regulation in industrial processes with its advanced features and functionality. It is equipped with R/S/K/J/T/L/B thermocouple inputs, offering flexible temperature monitoring and control capabilities. In addition, it supports up to four loops, allowing simultaneous temperature regulation for multiple applications. As part of the CJ I/O Bus system, the CJ1W-TC001 is classified as a Special I/O Unit within the expansion unit type, tailored explicitly for temperature control applications. The CJ1W-TC001 temperature control unit provides four digital outputs with an NPN transistor (NPN) output type. These digital outputs can be utilized for various functions, including voltage pulse control. Additionally, it features four analog inputs that support a wide range of temperature input types, including B, J, K, L, R, S, and T thermocouples. This broad input compatibility ensures seamless integration with various temperature sensors.
