The C200HW-NC113 control unit is specifically engineered for precise positioning control by Omron. It can be conveniently mounted in various locations, including the CPU Rack, C200H Expansion I/O Rack, CS1 Expansion Rack, and SYSMAC BUS Remote I/O Slave Unit. It has a maximum of 16 or 10 units that can be mounted. Users have the flexibility to configure their systems according to their needs. The control unit supports unit numbers ranging from 0 to F or 0 to 9, simplifying device identification and management. Data exchange is facilitated between the CPU and the Position Control Unit, with 5 words/Unit allocated in the exchange area and the Special I/O Unit Area. The CPU unit can send operating commands such as sequence numbers, start, and origin search to the Position Control Unit, while the Position Control Unit can provide status information, including positioning completion and present position, to the CPU unit. In the DM area, 100 words/Unit are allocated to the Special I/O Unit. The C200HW-NC113 supports controlled driver pulse-train input types, supporting servo and stepping motor drivers. The control system operates in an open-loop configuration, utilizing pulse train output with automatic trapezoidal or S-curve acceleration/deceleration profiles. The control unit incorporates a self-diagnostic function that checks the flash memory, memory loss, and I/O bus. It has a maximum internal current consumption of 300 mA at 5 VDC. The compact dimensions of 130 x 34.5 x 100.5 mm and weight of 250 g make the C200HW-NC113 easy to integrate into automation systems.
