The C200H-TV003 module is a temperature control module that was manufactured by Omron as part of the SYSMAC C200 series. This module is compatible with the Omron C200H and CS1 series programmable controller systems and offers a compact and efficient solution for temperature control applications. The C200H-TV003 module operates with a current consumption rating of 0.33 Amps at 5 VDC. The C200H-TV003 requires low power to operate. It can be powered externally with 24 VDC of supply voltage. The module features an analog input and an analog output. It supports temperature control modes such as the PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) and ON/OFF switch modes. This flexibility allows for precise and efficient temperature regulation in various application processes. The backplane of the C200H-TV003 module utilizes screw terminals for easy and secure connection to other devices in the control system. The C200H-TV003 temperature control mode supports a total of 2 control loops. One unit number is allocated to the C200H-TV003 module in a programmable controller system. It can be mounted in a variety of racks in an Omron PLC system. It supports several control output options, including current heating output and NPN cooling output options.
