The Omron C200H-TS001 Temperature Sensor Unit is a device for precise temperature measurement. It is compatible with various thermocouple types, including K(CA) and J(IC), providing flexibility in temperature-sensing applications. This sensor supports up to 4 input points per unit, simultaneously allowing for multiple temperature measurements. It operates on a supply voltage of 24V DC, ensuring a reliable and consistent power supply. With 20 I/O words available, it offers ample capacity for data processing and control functions. It can be easily connected to external devices such as IBM PC/AT or compatible systems, enabling seamless integration into existing setups. Apart from that, this product comes with a configuration box, providing a user-friendly interface for convenient configuration and calibration. It is worth mentioning that this sensor comes with a cable that has a length of 200cm, offering flexibility in installation and positioning. Additionally, the unit supports 32 input points, monitoring a wide range of temperature sources. The control method is open-loop, allowing for precise control based on temperature feedback. Automatic trapezoid acceleration/deceleration ensures smooth and efficient operation. Control output signals are provided as pulse-train outputs, enabling easy integration with external devices and systems. The input voltage is 24 VAC/DC, with a tolerance of +10%/-15%, and the input current is rated at 7mA for 24VDC operation. The Omron Temperature Sensor Unit features photo-coupler isolation for enhanced safety and reliable operation. An LED indicator provides visual feedback on the unit's status, facilitating monitoring and troubleshooting. The internal current consumption is specified as 10mA, ensuring efficient power usage.
