The C200H-ME432 Memory Cassette from Omron Automation & Safety is a memory component intended to improve the performance of CPU Units from the C200H product series. This module is one of three different memory unit kinds, and the memory it uses is an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory). One of its standout features is its ability to give enough room for data and I/O tables with a 4K word capacity. It is worth noting that when used with compatible CPU Units like the C200H-CPU21-E and C200H-CPU23-E, the Memory Cassette's integrated clock enables users to make use of clock/calendar and error history functionalities. Likewise, the EEPROM Unit's data can be preserved indefinitely with the help of the backup battery, even when the power is switched off. In addition, the Memory Cassette has two switches, designated SW1 and SW2.
