The C200H0-LK201 unit is an Omron host link unit. It connects a computer to a compatible Omron programmable controller system. The C200H0-LK201 host link unit allows a connected computer to monitor the status and data areas of an Omron programmable controller (PC), and it allows the computer to control the communication between the controllers and controlled systems. One host link unit like the C200H0-LK201 unit is required for each controller, and up to 32 controllers can be connected to a single computer. The C200H0-LK201 unit is a unit that requires rack mounting. The host link unit is equipped with one RS-232C interface which supports a transmission distance of 15 meters. The weight of the C200H0-LK201 host link unit is approximately 400 grams. At 5 Volts DC, the C200H0-LK201 host link unit consumes 0.25 Amps of current. The height, width and depth of the host link unit are 130 millimeters, 35 millimeters, and 130 millimeters respectively. The total depth of the unit with a connector is 160 millimeters.
