The Omron C200H-IDS01-V1 is an electromagnetic induction ID sensor unit designed to read and write data to the V600-DXXPXX equipped with an EEPROM. There are two systems with 5V and 26V DC supply that experience current consumption of 0.25 A and 0.12 A respectively. It offers flexible communication modes, including communication distance priority and communication speed priority, allowing users to optimize their data transfer process. The unit incorporates data management commands, ensuring reliable data integrity checks. The C200H-IDS01-V1 supports interactive communication control procedures and can be connected to a single R/W head or antenna per ID sensor unit. It is compatible with the V600-series Data Carrier, such as the C200H-IDS01-V1 and C200H-IDS21. The unit offers a range of commands for reading, writing, auto read, auto write, clear-all, auto read/write abort, and data management (exclusive to C200H-IDS01-V1). Data transfer is efficient, allowing up to 512 words (1024 bytes) to be transferred at a rate of 20 words per scan. The unit features diagnostic functions, including a CPU watchdog timer and communication error detection. The error log function provides a statistical or chronological display of communication errors, with error information retained by the backup capacitor. When connected to a handheld programming console, the ID Sensor Unit offers monitoring functions such as read, stepwise write, continuous write, test, and error log, facilitating convenient data management. The unit's memory backup is ensured by a capacitor for up to 15 days at 25°C. With a compact and lightweight design, the C200H-IDS01-V1 measures 35mm (W) x 130mm (H) x 100.5mm (D) and weighs a maximum of 400 grams. This model is manufactured according to the international standards U and C.
