It supports half-duplex communication mode and synchronization start-stop, allowing bidirectional communication between devices. The module offers adjustable baud rates, with port 1 supporting rates of 300/600/1200/2400/4800/9600 bps and port 2 having switch-selectable rates within the same range with an addition of 19,200 bps. In terms of transmission, the module operates in a reliable point-to-point mode, ensuring direct communication between devices. It conforms to RS-232C standards and features two D-sub 9-pin connectors, providing a standardized interface for seamless connectivity. The module has a memory capacity of 24k bytes RAM for efficient data storage and also includes battery backup with 24k bytes EEPROM dedicated to program storage, allowing for multiple program storage capabilities. The transfer capacity of the C200H-ASC02 module is up to 255 words, with a maximum of 25 words per scan. The transfer method supports both write/read data exchange and I/O data exchange, providing flexible communication options. Additionally, the module incorporates a clock/calendar function, enabling precise timekeeping with programmable year, month, day, hour, minute, and second parameters. Its leap year accuracy is within 30 seconds per month at 25 degrees Celsius.
