The HG-SR102BK is a high-performance AC brushless rotary servo motor from Mitsubishi Electric's MELSERVO J4 family, ideal for demanding motion control tasks. It has a keyed shaft, which allows for reliable torque transmission and precise alignment. The motor's integrated electromagnetic brake improves security by allowing for gradual load slowing and holding in the event of a power failure. The absolute feedback encoder integrated into the HG-SR102BK allows for very accurate and dependable position sensing. Incredibly smooth and precise motion control is made possible by the encoder's resolution of 22 bits, or 4,194,304 pulses per revolution (PPR). This servo motor's maximum power rating of 1 kilowatt (kW) makes it suitable for use in power-hungry settings. With a 5.6A operating current, it effectively transforms electrical energy into mechanical torque for controlled and rapid motion. The motor's 4.8Nm of rated torque and 2000rpm of rated rotational speed guarantee powerful performance and quick, accurate motion, respectively. Since its flange mounting size is a modest 130x130mm, it may be quickly and easily installed in a wide range of machines and tools. The HG-SR102BK has an IP67 rating, meaning it is protected against dust and water entry and may be used in harsh conditions. Two MS-type connectors provide quick and secure power connections to the motor.
