The Mitsubishi Electric MELSERVO-J4 series HG-KR73K AC brushless rotary servo motor is intended to deliver accurate and trustworthy motion control in a variety of industrial applications. The servo motor's shaft has a keyway. The HG-KR73K motor’s integrated absolute feedback encoder has a high-resolution 22-bit rating (equal to 4,194,304 pulses per rotation), enabling precise positioning and speed control. Applications that call for high levels of responsiveness and dynamic performance will benefit from the HG-KR73K motor since it is tuned to meet low inertia and small power capacity needs. The HG-KR73K can generate 750 W (0.75 kW) of rated output power. It runs on 200V AC supply voltage and 4.8 A of rated current. With a maximum torque of 8.4 Nm and a rated torque of 2.4 Nm, it can handle heavy loads. The HG-KR73K motor's maximum rotational speed is 6,000 rpm and it operates with a speed range of 0 to 3,000 rpm. Its compact dimensions make it easy to integrate into different machines. The HG-KR73K motor has an IP65 ingress protection rating. Its natural cooling features help it to maintain ideal operating temperatures. The HG-KR73K motor supports simple electrical connections with its 4-pin rectangular connector. The motor’s dimensions are 97.1 mm x 80 mm x 152 mm, and it can function in a temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. With a moment of inertia rating of 0.000126 kg.m2 (1.26 kg.cm2), it responds quickly and can be controlled precisely. With maximum radial and axial loads of 392N and 147N, respectively, the HG-KR73K motor has excellent radial and axial load capabilities.
