The MR-JE-70A is an industrial servo amplifier from Mitsubishi Electric. It is compatible with the Mitsubishi HG-KN73 and HG-SN52 series servo motors. When used with HG-KN73 series motors, the MR-JE-70A servo amplifier’s power supply capacity is 1.3 kVA, the heat generated at the rated output is 50 Watts, and the heat generated with the servo off is 15 Watts. When used with HG-SN52 series motors, the MR-JE-70A servo amplifier’s power supply capacity is 1. kVA, the heat generated at the rated output is 40 Watts, and the heat generated with the servo off is 15 Watts. The MR-JE-70A servo amplifier’s input voltage range is 200 to 240 Volts AC. The servo amplifier works with either single-phase or 3-phase input voltage. The rated input current is 3.8 Amps. The permissible voltage fluctuation range is 170 to 264 Volts AC. The inrush current rating of the servo amplifier at 240 Volts AC input is 36 Amps, which attenuates to 7 Amps in 20 milliseconds. The power rating of the built-in regenerative resistor is 20 Watts. The output ratings of the MR-JE-70A servo amplifier are 170 Volts AC of voltage and 5.8 Amps of current. The interface power supply specifications are 24 Volts DC of voltage and 0.3 Amps of current. The control method supported by the servo amplifier is sine-wave PWM control or current control. A dynamic brake is installed on the unit. The MR-JE-70A supports 2 ports. One port is a USB port that supports communication with a personal computer. The other port is an RS-422/RS-485 port for connecting to a controller. The MR-JE-70A servo amplifier supports 3 control modes: the speed control mode, the torque control mode, and the position control mode.
