One of the key advantages of the MR-J2S-500A is its use of SSCNET III, a fiber communication network that simplifies wiring and reduces the chances of false wiring. Users can easily construct an SSCNET III network by using a special optical fiber, eliminating the need for complex wiring configurations. Additionally, adopting optical fiber communication improves the amplifier's anti-noise ability and enables long-distance wiring of up to 50 meters (maximum 800 meters x 16 axes). With its full closed-loop control function, the MR-J2S-500A provides precise servo optimization and adjustment capabilities. It offers advanced optimization and control functions, allowing users to maximize the mechanical properties of their servo systems. The servo amplifier can be combined with a servo system controller to achieve a complete synchronization system, unlocking the full potential of the servo system. The MR-J2S-500A features a compact design and is easy to integrate into existing systems. It supports various applications, including trajectory control and arc track accuracy improvement in XY designs. It effectively suppresses low-frequency vibrations and mitigates the aftershock effect, improving control stability.
