The Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J2-Super series' MR-J2S-40CP Servo Amplifier is a general-purpose AC servo amplifier with an integrated positioning function. It offers excellent functionality and performance with a rated output of 0.4 kW. Since it can use an integrated CPU, it considerably improves the device's responsiveness, enabling better control and accuracy. Because it supports high-speed positioning applications, it also supports the speed loop's improved frequency response of more than 550 Hz. In order to accommodate various power supply configurations, the MR-J2S-40CP runs at either a voltage of three-phase AC200VAC or single-phase AC230V. Since it can use point tables, the servo amplifier's single-axis positioning capabilities make it simple to configure position data, target locations, servo motor speeds, and acceleration/deceleration time constants. It makes optimizing current systems or putting up program-free, straightforward positioning solutions easier. With three preset point tables that may be expanded to 31 points using the external Configurator, the MR-J2S-40CP enables additional flexibility and versatility. It offers several setups, including multi-drop operation, external I/O signals, and RS-422 serial connection. It is possible to configure an absolute position detection system by simply attaching a battery to the servo amplifier because all servo motors that use this amplifier come with an absolute position encoder as standard. After configuring it, there is no need to return to the home location during power-on or alarm events.
