The Mitsubishi MR-J2-70A is a standard AC servo amplifier. It is compatible with Mitsubishi HC-MF series servo motors. The MR-J2-70A servo amplifier can operate with 3-phase or 1-phase AC input. Its 3-phase input voltage range is 200 to 230 Volts AC, and its 1-phase input voltage range is 200 to 230 Volts AC. The servo amplifier supports a sine-wave PWM control system and current control system. The response rating for the speed frequency is 250 Hertz or greater. The protective features available on the device include a feature that protects it from excess current shutdowns,a motor overheat protection feature, features that protect it from excess voltage shutdowns and excess load shutdowns, and features that protect it from excess speed and excess errors. The torque limit input rating is 0 to +/-10 Volts DC with the maximum current rating unless the servo amplifier is in the torque control mode. The servo amplifier’s position control specifications include 400 kpps of maximum input pulse frequency with a differential receiver, and 200 kpps of maximum input pulse frequency with an open collector. The MR-J2-70A servo amplifier’s speed control specifications include an analog speed command rating of 1:1000 and an internal speed command rating of 1:5000. The servo amplifier’s ambient operating temperature range is 0 to 55 degrees Celsius, and its storage temperature range is -20 to 65 degrees Celsius. The MR-J2-70A servo amplifier has an open enclosure with an IP00 ingress protection rating. The servo should be installed inside a control panel in a location where there is no liquids or condensation, no corrosive gas, no oil mist, no flammable gas, and no dust. The MR-J2-70A AC servo amplifier weighs 1.7 kilograms.
