Mitsubishi designed the MR-J2-350A to be compatible with the MELSERVO MR-J2 series servo amplifier, it produces 3.5 kilowatts and operates on three phases power supply. The operational voltage of the servo amplifier can range from 170 to 253 VAC, and the frequency of this servo amplifier is 50/60 hertz (+5% to -5%). It is intended to work with incremental encoder-equipped servo motors to offer precise positioning feedback and a closed-loop controlling option. The servo amplifier MR-J2-350A may connect to two servo motors. This amplifier can work with a variety of Mitsubishi servo motors, including the HC-MFS, HC-MF, HC-RFS, and HC-RF series. It often features digital communication interfaces such as RS-485 or CC-Link to facilitate integration with industrial control systems. The CN1A, CN1B, CN2, and CN3 screw terminals are among the four ports and use screw terminals. The CN1A port may be connected to an output control module that directs a pulse train; the CN1B port may be connected to a terminal block; and the CN3 port may be connected to a PC (personal computer) via RS-232C communication. If any of the eligible servo motors are connected to the last port of the MR-J2-350A servo amplifier, it can connect to an encoder. A U, V, or W screw terminal can also be attached to the specified servo motor. Finally, the L1, L2, and L3 screw terminals on the MR-J2-350A servo amplifier allow connection to a magnetic contactor and a power supply. While performing its typical operations, the MR-J2-350A servo amplifier must be placed in an environment that maintains an average temperature of 32 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit.
