Mitsubishi Electric manufactured the MR-J4-60A MELSERVO J4 servo amplifier is a 200-volt AC-rated amplifier; it features a general-purpose command interface and offers satisfactory control over servo motors, which enables exact control of positioning, speed, and torque. This unit has a 600 watts output power rating. Furthermore, the power supply voltage of this machine spans from 200 to 240 volts of alternating current at 50 to 60 hertz rated frequency. This servo amplifier works with a variety of servo motors, including HG-SR51, HG-SR52, and HG-JR53 label items. This device is suitable for a wide range of servo applications. It is possible, for example, to control position with a pulse train command and speed/torque with an analog voltage command. It can accommodate a maximum command pulse frequency of 4 M pulses per second. Users can develop the most exact synchronization systems using Mitsubishi's high-speed serial optical communication. The amplifiers in this series provide advanced features like vibration suppression, adaptive tuning, as well as high-speed communication links. Additionally, consumers can connect this servo amplifier to a servo system controller to enhance the servo system's features and performance. The MR-J4-60A meets UKCA, CE, UL, and cUL requirements. This amplifier has a small footprint. It weighs roughly 1 kilogram and measures 40 millimeters wide, 168 millimeters tall, and 170 millimeters deep. The MR-J4-60A comes with dynamic brakes. It also provides its users with two (2) control techniques. This device includes an IP20-rated enclosure with natural cooling functions and two control methods, namely current control and sine-wave PWM control.
