The MR-J3-30B is a servo amplifier module that was designed by the company known as Mitsubishi Electric. This module is intended for use with AC servo motors, which are common in the automation, processing, control, and other manufacturing industries. It includes a variety of control command features that allow you to adjust a motor's power, frequency, and voltage level while ensuring consistent performance. It is a 200-Volt AC servo amplifier. The power supply voltage of this unit is 200 to 230 Volts AC at a frequency of 50 to 60 hertz (1-phase and 3-phase) for operations within the main circuit. In addition to its various specifications, this servo amplifier, as well as all Melservo J3 amplifiers, is 40% thinner than Melservo J2 Super amplifiers, making it excellent for space and storage. Also, its design is compact and installation is easy thanks to the plug-and-play (auto-tuning) feature. The MR-J3-30B also has an IP00 open-style structure with a self-cooling feature. The frequency fluctuation of the module is +/- 5%. The amplifier's output power is rated as 0.3 kilowatts. This device aims to improve speed and precision through dynamic optimization. Additionally, the MR-J3-30B has an SSCNET III command interface, which is both user-friendly and easy to maintain control commands. It also has electromagnetic dynamic brakes which facilitate converting mechanical power to electrical power for slowing or stopping the servo motor via motion control. Furthermore, this device provides under-voltage, over-voltage, over-current, overload thermal, and other protections against sudden motor shutdowns. This servo amplifier should only be operated when the ambient temperature is within a range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius.
