The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-10A is an industrial servo amplifier. It supports several protective functions including the overcurrent shut-off, the regenerative overvoltage shut-off, the overload shut-off (electronic thermal relay), the servo motor overheat protection, the encoder error protection, the regenerative error protection, the undervoltage protection, the instantaneous power failure protection, the overspeed protection, and the excessive error protection functions. The mass of the MR-J2S-10A servo amplifier is approximately 0.7 kilograms or 1.5 pounds.
