MELSERVO HC
Mitsubishi engineered and developed the MELSERVO HC series servo motors are intended for durable and preciseness applications. The series includes a variety of models with varying power ratings, inertia, and speeds, making it suitable for a wide range of applications ranges to machine tools, industrial automation and robotics. These motors have a high torque, which is essential for applications requiring a lot of force, such as machine tools and robots, and a high speed, which is important for applications requiring quick motion, such as conveyors and packaging machines. These motors are extremely precise, which is critical for applications requiring precise positionings, such as machine tools and robots. The HC series' power rating varies based on the model but is generally between 100 watts and 7.5 kilowatts. The HC series is available in three voltages: 200, 400, and 500 volts. It has inertia values ranging from 0.00019 kgm2 to 0.00200 kgm2. The speeds range from 3000 to 6000 revolutions per minute. The MELSERVO HC series includes an encoder that eliminates the need for an external encoder. This simplifies installation while also lowering costs. The HC series provides absolute and incremental encoders, and integrated feedback, which means it can provide position, speed, and torque feedback. This feedback can be used to improve the motor's and the system's overall performance.
