Mitsubishi's HC-SFS5024BK servo motor is a high-performance servo motor built for precise and dependable operation across a wide range of industrial settings in programmable controllers. Its rated output power capacity is 5 kW. The motor's shaft design includes a keyway, and this makes it easy to connect securely to other mechanical devices. The HC-SFS5024BK servo motor’s torque output includes 23.9 Nm of rated torque and 71.6 Nm of maximum torque, and this allows it to handle a variety of difficult applications. The motor's rated speed of 2000 rpm enables it to operate accurately at high speed, and its maximum speed rating is 2300 rpm. Its medium-inertia and 111 kg-cm2 inertia rating guarantees a high level of responsiveness and command. The HC-SFS5024BK servo motor has a built-in electromagnetic brake that the operators can use to hold the motor shaft at 0 rpm when necessary. It has an IP65 protection rating, and it is protected from large amounts of dust and significant amounts of water. The motor may be powered by a normal 400 Volts AC power source when it is installed. It makes use of a 17-bit encoder that provides accurate position feedback at a resolution of 131,072 pulses per revolution for precise control and placement.
