Catalog number HC-MFS23, which was designed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric, is a small-power, ultra-low inertia servo motor created to handle high-frequency operations. This motor is a member of the ultra-low inertia and low power motor family and has a rated output power of 0.2 kilowatts and a rated speed of 3000 revolutions per minute (rpm). It features a conventional straight shaft end and no brake. With the exception of the connection and shaft portion, the HC-MFS23 servo motor has an IP55 protection rating. The HC-MFS23 was created especially for use with insertion devices and assembly machines. With a rated torque of 0.32 Nm and a maximum torque of 0.95 Nm, it is appropriate for a variety of jobs that call for accuracy and effectiveness. The cylindrical shaft of this servo motor, which is not vented, has a diameter of 30 millimeters. A three-phase, 120 volts alternating current with a 1.5 amperes current powers the Mitsubishi Electric HC-MFS23 servo motor. It has a measuring system type encoder installed for precise position feedback. Cables located on the front make it simple to connect the HC-MFS23 to its power connector and feedback encoder plug. This makes installation and configuration easier. The Mitsubishi HC-MFS23 motor's overall performance is dependable for a variety of high-frequency applications because of the combination of its extremely low inertia and modest power capabilities.
