The Mitsubishi QY80 is a digital output device. It supports Master/Local station sharing and seamlessly integrates with the IE CC-Link field network, enabling intelligent communication in a mixed data environment. The QY80 enables easy reading and writing of data to other station programmable controllers, providing enhanced flexibility and control in industrial automation systems. This output module can also conveniently confirm the IE CC-Link field network status, facilitating the identification of abnormal positions, exceptions, and event records. This functionality reduces the time required to restore normal operation after encountering abnormalities, minimizing downtime and improving overall system efficiency. The QY80 is compatible with the QJ71GF11-T2 module and supports FL-net (OPCN-2) Ver.1.00 interface and 10BASE5/10BASE-T, ensuring optimal network matching for different application purposes. It seamlessly communicates between different hierarchical systems, enabling efficient data exchange and integration across multiple levels of automation networks. The QY80 provides an open and seamless network environment based on universal Ethernet, allowing easy management of the "IE Control CC-Link" controller network and high-speed, high-capacity transmission of the "IE Field CC-Link" field network. The QY80 also supports sensor networks, offering increased flexibility and integration options for various automation layers. With its easy connection programming tool via Ethernet, the QY80 simplifies setup and eliminates the need for IP address settings, allowing seamless communication with the CPU.
