The QY10 output module is a Mitsubishi MELSEC Q series relay output module. It comes with 16 outputs that all share a common. The QY10 relay output module supports relay isolation. Its rated switching voltage per output point is 24 Volts DC for a resistive load and 240 Volts AC for cos=1, and its rated switching current per output point is 2 Amps for both a resistive load and cos=1. It also supports 8 Amps of rated switching current per common. The QY10 relay output module supports a minimum switching load of 5 Volts DC and 1 mA, and it supports a maximum switching load of 264 Volts AC or 125 Volts DC. The response times for the output module are 10 ms or less from OFF to ON and 12 ms or less from ON to OFF. The QY10 relay output module supports a mechanical lifespan rating of 20 million times or more, and its electrical lifespan ratings include a rated switching voltage and current load of 1000 times or more. Its maximum switching frequency rating is 3600 times per hour. The QY10 relay output module does not come with a fuse or a surge suppressor. Its insulation resistance rating is 10 megaohms or more. The QY10 relay output module has an IP1X protection rating. When all of the outputs are powered ON, the QY10 relay output module consumes 430 mA of current at 5 Volts DC. The QY10 output module has an LED indicator that glows red when it is powered on.
