The Mitsubishi qx80 module is a building block module that can be used to build or expand a complete Mitsubishi programmable controller system. The qx80 building block module is an input type of building block module that can add input channels to a programmable controller system. This module features 16 input points. It is a DC input module and a “negative common type” of input module. The qx80 building block module has an input voltage rating of 24 Volts DC with a ripple ratio within the 5% range. It also has an input current rating of approximately 4 milliamps. The qx80 building block module also has an ON current rating of 3 milliamps or higher and an ON voltage rating of 19 Volts or higher. Its OFF current rating is 1.7 milliamps or lower and its OFF voltage rating 11 Volts or lower. The qx80 building block module supports about 5.6 kilo ohms of rated impedance, and it does not support input derating. When all 16 of its input points are on, the qx80 building block module supports 50 milliamps of rated current consumption at 5 Volts DC. The qx80 building block module supports photocoupler isolation and its protection rating is IP2X. This module should not be exposed to large amounts of water or to excessive temperatures which could damage it or cause it to malfunction. The qx80 building block module has 18 terminal blocks. This block weighs approximately 0.16 kilograms. The qx80 building block module supports 500 Volts AC of dielectric withstand voltage( rms/per 3 cycles).
