It has 8 analog input points or 8 channels to allow for the simultaneous conversion of multiple analog signals. It utilizes a high-resolution technique to digitize the analog input voltage. The analog input voltage range spans from -10 to 10V DC, with an input resistance value of 1 megaohm. The Q68ADV provides digital output in a 16-bit signed binary format. In the normal resolution mode, the digital output range is -4096 to 4095, while in the high-resolution mode, it expands further to -12288 to 12287 or -16384 to 16383. The Q68ADV offers a conversion speed of 80 microseconds per channel. Additionally, it compensates for potential temperature drift by factoring an additional 160 microseconds into the conversion time, regardless of the number of channels utilized. Safety is a top priority in industrial environments, and the Q68ADV incorporates protective measures. It features photocoupler insulation between the I/O terminal and the programmable controller power supply, thus enhancing system safety. It is equipped with a robust 18-point terminal block. It supports wire sizes ranging from 0.3 to 0.75 mm² and is compatible with solderless terminals that are type R1.25-3 terminals. It consumes only 0.64 A of internal current at 5V DC, ensuring optimal energy efficiency.
