The MDS-B-SVJ2-01 is Servo Drive manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric for motion control applications. It is compatible with a wide range of motors that require an AC (3-phase) power supply for operation. It is designed to control and operate industrial servo motors. As far as its specifications are concerned, it has a UL Fuse type K5 compatible with a UL voltage rating of 250V AC and a UL current rating of 10 Amps. Therefore, the Mitsubishi MDS-B-SVJ2-01 Servo Drive can be used with these specifications. In addition, the #14 AWG wire size with a temperature rating of 75 degrees Celsius is suggested for use with this servo drive. Terminals D, C, P, L11, and L21 are included in the terminal arrangement, allowing greater flexibility in the wiring connections. The Mitsubishi terminal bar models AI2.5-8BU and AI-TWIN2x2.5-10BU / AI-TWIN2x2.5-13BU, respectively, are compatible for use with the single-wire and double-wire connections that the servo drive is capable of supporting. Apart from that, crimping tools of the Mitsubishi CRIMPFOXUD6 type are recommended since they facilitate an easy and secure wire termination. Moreover, the Mitsubishi MDS-B-SVJ2-01 Servo Drive package also includes a contactor and an AC Mitsubishi reactor as standard equipment, contributing to the machine's dependable and secure operation. In addition, an external regenerative resistor is offered as a supplemental component that may be purchased separately.
