HG Series
The Mitsubishi HG series consists of a variety of very effective servo motors and drives that offer cutting-edge features and easy interface to a wide range of industrial equipment. This adaptable product line consists of a number of models, including the HG-KR, HG-MR, HG-SR, HG-JR, HG-RR, HG-UR, and HG-AK, each created to meet the requirements of a particular application. These servo motors can operate at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C, and they can store their energy in temperatures between -15°C and 70°C. One distinguishing feature is the use of an electromagnetic brake in certain versions. This innovation increases safety by preventing vertical lift applications from lowering or by guaranteeing double safety during emergency stops. The servo motor shafts are also available in a variety of designs, including straight, key, and D-cut shafts, however it is not advisable to utilize the latter two in situations that include frequent start/stop operations. The conventional servo motor's series and capacity determine the shaft form.
