The Mitsubishi GT1555-VTBD operator terminal features a 5.7-inch touchscreen and is optimized for use in either a network setup or stand-alone setups in industrial automation applications. Clear graphics and a variety of viewing angles are guaranteed by the terminal’s TFT color display, which has a VGA resolution of 640 x 480 dots and supports more than 65,000 colors. It is designed for panel-mounting and it has a black front panel frame. The GT1555-VTBD performs consistently with a power supply voltage rating of 24 Volts DC. In order to facilitate connections to other devices and data transfers, the GT1555-VTBD operator terminal has 9 MB of flash memory that allows the users to save and quickly retrieve data. The GT1555-VTBD has both a USB connector and a regular RS-232 interface port so that the users can connect it to a wide variety of different devices. If the terminal screen's resolution or mode is altered, or if the touchpad's pointer and mouse are no longer in precise alignment, the touchscreen system will need to be recalibrated. The GT1555-VTBD operator terminal operates with power consumption ratings of 19 Watts or less or 790 mA at 24 Volts DC. Its permissible instantaneous failure time rating is within 10 milliseconds. The GT1555-VTBD terminal supports a high brightness rating with its display screen. It has a cold-cathode fluorescent type of backlight that is not replaceable. The GT1555-VTBD operator terminal’s touchscreen has a lifespan of 1,000,000 times or more when it receives touch commands with operating forces of 0.98N or less.
