The GT1455-QTBDE is a Human Machine Interface Model with a 5.7" diagonal TFT color display and a resolution of 320x240 dots. This device delivers sharp and vibrant visuals with support for 65,536 colors. Its built-in battery ensures continuous operation even during a power failure. In addition, its Ethernet interface allows for seamless connectivity and remote monitoring of the HMI. The HMI operates on an input power supply voltage of 24VDC (+10% -15%) with a ripple voltage of 200mV or less. It consumes 8.40 watts of power at 24 volts DC, while the inrush current is limited to 30A or less for 2ms. It has a built-in fuse with a rating of 1.6A. Regarding power reliability, the GT1455-QTBDE offers a permissible instantaneous power failure time within 5ms. The HMI is designed with noise immunity, with a noise voltage tolerance of 1000Vp-p and a noise width of 1µs, as tested by a noise simulator within a frequency range of 30 to 100Hz. The dielectric withstand voltage of the HMI is 500VAC for 1 minute across power supply terminals and the earth. It has an insulation resistance of 10MΩ or larger, measured across power supply terminals and earth using an insulation resistance tester. The GT1455-QTBDE supports a wire size of 0.75mm² or larger for power supply and 2mm² or larger for grounding. It is compatible with solderless terminals for M3 screws, such as RAV1.25-3, V2-N3A, and FV2-N3A. The applicable tightening torque for terminal block terminal screws is between 0.5 and 0.8N·m. its sleek design and intuitive interface make it a versatile and efficient HMI solution for various industrial automation applications.
