Each of the 4 outputs can be used as voltage-based or current-based outputs, and they can be selected or programmed independently. The fx2n-4da function block’s outputs can operate at -10 to 10V DC with a resolution of 5 mV, or they can operate at 0 to 20 mA with a resolution of 20 microamps. This provides the function block’s users with a range of options for their specific application process needs. The highest resolution rating that the fx2n-4da function block can support is 12 bits.
