The FX2N-32ER-ES-UL is a micro programmable controller designed for industrial automation applications by Mitsubishi Electric. It is a third-generation module from the MELSEC-F product line. This controller combines high-speed operation, advanced positioning functions, and a large-capacity memory to deliver excellent control. In addition, it has a maximum frequency of 200 kHz, which leads to the fast and accurate processing of input signals. Moreover, it supports transistor output with 4 points and offers 2 input points. Aside from that, it is compact, with a weight of just 0.2kg. Hence it is easy to install in space-restricted industrial settings. The FX2N-32ER-ES-UL supports high-speed counting up to 200 kHz, which leads to precise monitoring and control of external events. It also features 2 points of high-speed output terminals for efficient response and control actions. The controller can be set for 1, 2, or 4-phase counting operations. Also, it can be connected to linear drive output-type encoders and supports RS-485 terminal unit conversion for communication. Furthermore, when connected to the inverter input, the controller ensures power harmonics suppression, enhancing power factor and reducing harmonic currents. Regarding its operation, it can operate on a power supply voltage range of AC 100-240 Volts. And it consumes 19 Watts of power.
