The FX0S-30MR-ES/UL controller is a programmable controller from Mitsubishi Electric. The controller is equipped with 30 I/O points. It supports 14 relay outputs and 16 digital inputs. The maximum allowed momentary power failure period is 10 milliseconds. It can support a fuse rated at 3.15 Amps for overcurrent protection. The approximate power consumption rating of the FX0S-30MR-ES/UL controller is 8 Watts. The installation process for the FX0S series controllers like the FX0S-30MR-ES/UL controller has been designed to be convenient and easy. The controller can be mounted on a standard 35 millimeter DIN rail, or it can be mounted directly. A programming port is provided for computer configuration. A Run/Stop switch allows the operators to start and stop controller operation quickly and easily. Other controller features include an analog potentiometer and indicator lights such as the “Power,” “RUN,” and “PROG” indicator lights. The FX0S-30MR-ES/UL programmable controller’s ambient temperature range is 32.0 to 131.0 degrees Fahrenheit. The non-condensing relative humidity range for operation is 35 to 85%. The controller’s noise immunity rating is 1000 Vpp for 1 millisecond at 30 to 100 Hertz. This rating has been tested by a noise simulator. The insulation resistance, tested at points between the ground and terminals, is 5 Megaohms at 500 Volts DC. To prevent overheating, the FX0S-30MR-ES/UL programmable controller must not be mounted to a floor or ceiling, where it will not be able to dissipate heat properly. Installation is also not permitted in areas with high levels of conductive dust, corrosive/flammable gas, moisture, or vibration.
