The Mitsubishi FX2N-16MR-ES/UL Melsec input/output module is a compact and high-performance input/output module designed to meet the diverse needs of Mitsubishi Melsec control system applications. It is equipped with a total of 16 input/output channels. The FX2N-16MR-ES/UL module has 8 inputs to host input connections for a control system, and 8 relay outputs to host relay output applications for a control system. This module operates with an AC power supply. It supports a power supply voltage rating between 100 and 240 Volts AC. The FX2N-16MR-ES/UL module also operates with a power consumption rating of 30 Volt-Amps (VA) in standard applications. The dimensions of the input/output module are 130 millimeters x 90 millimeters x 87 millimeters (W x H x D). The FX2N-16MR-ES/UL module weighs about 1.6 kg. This module has several indicator lights on its front panel. These lights provide status updates about the module and its functions for the users. Every input and output channel on the FX2N-16MR-ES/UL module has a corresponding indicator light which lets the users know if a specific channel is in use or if it is experiencing errors. The FX2N-16MR-ES/UL module also has a “power” indicator light to indicate when it is powered on, and a “run” indicator light to indicate when it is running. There is also a “batt.v” indicator light to indicate when the battery is low and needs to be replaced, and there are a “prog.e” indicator and a “cpu.e” indicator as well.
