The Mitsubishi E1060 is a Graphic Operator Terminal (HMI) that is used in a wide variety of industrial automation applications. It is an essential component of these systems. These HMIs provide the primary function of acting as an interface between human operators and the controllers of the machines they operate, thereby facilitating effective communication and control. This model is outfitted with a 115.2 x 86.4 mm active CSTN-LCD display that is capable of displaying 64K colors and has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. As a result, it is able to provide a clear and detailed visualization of data. Its front panel, which has dimensions of 275 by 168 by 6 millimeters, features a reliable membrane switch keyboard that is built to withstand one million key presses. The back of the panel is constructed out of powder-coated aluminum, which was chosen because of its long-term durability. The mounting depth of the device is 57.3 millimeters, and its total depth, including clearance, is 157.3 millimeters. It is powered by a source of +24 Volts DC, which can range from 20 to 30 Volts DC, and has an average power consumption of 0.3 Amps and a maximum power consumption of 0.5 Amps. An internal DC fuse measuring 2.0 ATC and 5 x 20 mm is included in it for added protection purposes. The front panel has an IP rating of 66, which protects it from dust, and the back panel has an IP rating of 20, which protects it from limited degrees of water infiltration. As a consequence of this, the Mitsubishi E1060 is an HMI solution that is both reliable and capable for contemporary industrial control systems.
