Mitsubishi's AX11 input module is a flexible and effective module made for use with Mitsubishi PLCs in industrial automation systems. It has the capacity to handle a variety of input signals with ease through its 32 input points. The AX11 module operates at a voltage range of 100 to 120 Volts AC, guaranteeing compatibility with a variety of power sources. Because it only uses 10mA of input current, it supports energy efficiency when it operates. With a 25ms response time (ON to OFF) and a 15ms response time (OFF to ON), the AX11 Input module is designed to provide high levels of performance. It supports fast and accurate processing of the incoming signals, and this allows industrial application processes to be precisely controlled and monitored. The AX11 module supports all 32 points on 1 common to offer a practical and organized terminal arrangement. The AX11 module also has a 38-point terminal block. The AX11 input module receives input signals from various sensors, switches, and other devices for the PLC it is part of. It enables effective application monitoring and management in the PLC system. Because it has a system program memory option, it can store user and system programs for the PLC, which makes it possible for the PLC’s users to compile and interpret control instructions. The AX11 module has a read-only memory option that stores the preloaded manufacturer content even if power is lost. The AX11 input module can operate safely at steady and moderate temperatures in a dry, clean, and non-hazardous environment.
