The Mitsubishi A1SY41 I/O module is an AnS series output module designed to meet the demanding requirements of Mitsubishi programmable controller systems. It features 32 output points that provide ample capacity for controlling multiple devices or equipment. The A1SY41 output module is equipped with a reliable photocoupler isolation option which ensures stable signal transmission and protects it against electrical noise and interference. The A1SY41 output module operates at a rated load voltage of 12/24V DC, making it compatible with a wide range of industrial power systems. Its operating load voltage range spans from 10.2 to 30V DC, with a peak voltage capability of 30V DC. Each output point can handle a maximum load current rating of 0.1 A, while the common terminal can handle a total current rating of 2A. The A1SY41 output module supports a surge suppressor functionality in the form of a Zener diode, which helps protect the module against voltage spikes and transients. The module supports LED status indicator lights for providing the users with important status updates. It also supports an XY adapter. The A1SY41 output module’s maximum ambient temperature ratings are 75 degrees Celsius for safe storage and 55 degrees Celsius for safe operation. It can support a regular terminal block adapter and an insulation displacement terminal block adapter. The A1SY41 output module is a sink-type output module, and it supports a relay terminal unit. It is also compatible with a couple of different connector/terminal block converter unit models. The A1SY41 output module’s current consumption ratings are 0.5 A at 5V DC and 0.016A at 24V DC.
