The Mitsubishi A1SX81 is a DC source-type MELSEC AnS/QnAS Digital Input Module specifically designed to meet the demands of industrial automation applications. It offers a range of features to enhance its functionality and versatility. One notable feature is that the input points of the A1SX81 can be operated alternatively as positive or negative switching, providing flexibility in signal processing. Another significant feature is the potential isolation between the process and control sides, achieved through an optocoupler. This standard feature ensures reliable and safe operation by preventing interference and voltage fluctuations. To provide a visual indication of input status, the module is equipped with LEDs, allowing users to easily monitor the state of each input point. The modules with 32 connection points come with a 37-pin D-sub plug, which is supplied with the module. Assembled cables (A32CBL) are available for modules with D-sub plugs, providing a convenient solution for wiring. The A1SX81 Digital Input Module offers 32 input points, allowing for efficient monitoring and processing of analog signals. It utilizes photocoupler isolation between the input terminals and PC power to ensure reliable signal transmission and protect against electrical interference. The module is compatible with a rated input voltage of 12/24 V DC, and the maximum ON time is 60% at 26.4 V DC. The common terminal arrangement consists of 32 points, and each input has a dedicated status LED indicator.
