Johnson Controls MS-NAE5510-3 is a network automation engine from the Metasys MS line. The NAE55 is a network engine important to building the Metasys system. They provide network management and system-wide control and coordination over one or more Metasys equipment controller networks; the NAE55 has a built-in user interface for website management, supports multiple access via a web browser with a password and access control, and protects the standard security technology. The MS-NAE5510-3 network automation engine has numerous ports that allow it to communicate with other systems; it has an Ethernet port and a LonWork port; the bandwidth is 10- megabytes, but it may potentially be extended to 100 megabytes or 1,000 megabytes. It also includes two additional serial ports for the MS-NAE5510-3 network automation engine, both USB 2.0 rated. The MS-NAE5510-3 network automation engine can be installed in two ways; the first method is to slot it into 35 millimeters. It must be easily secured once it has been slipped on; applying the second method, it is mounted using the screw provided. The network automation engine must be horizontally positioned. The network automation engine's standard power voltage is 24 VAC. However, it can alternatively be between 20 and 30V AC at 50/60 hertz, and it consumes 50 voltampere (VA) of power. Its SDRAM is rated at 2 gigabytes, and the flash memory is 16 gigabytes. The MS-NAE5510-3 supports energy management by evaluating data, identifying opportunities, and executing energy-saving solutions, ultimately lowering operational costs and environmental effects.
