The AS-UNT141-101 from Johnson Controls is a unitary controller in building automation systems. The Unitary (UNT) Controller is a digital control device for packaged air handling units, unit ventilators, fan coils, heat pumps, and other terminal equipment serving a single zone or room. When used alone or in a Facilitator or N31 Supervisory Network, it can also be used as a device for basic point monitoring applications. The Zone Terminal (ZT), a user-to-controller interface, can also be utilized for simple controller modification and signaling. In addition, the ZT provides solo weekly and holiday scheduling and password protection for the UNT controller. The AS-UNT141-101 provides various functions and functionalities to efficiently manage the operation of HVAC systems, including temperature setpoints, fan speed, mode selection, and other operational parameters. It also monitors system performance and status in real-time. Integration: The controller can be linked to other building automation systems, enabling centralized control and coordination of multiple HVAC units and other building functions.
