The AS-UNT121-1 controller is designed with a heater for low-temperature environments by Johnson Controls. This UNT requires a 24 VAC, 50/60 Hz supply with a capacity of 40 VA (per typical system) to power this system. When combined with sensors and transmitters, the UNT draws 10 VA (400 mA), except for the UNT120/121, which requires 25 VA due to the incorporated heater. It can operate within a wide temperature range between 0 and 52°C (32 to 125°F), while the UNT12n-1 can resist even colder temperatures from -40 to 52°C (-40 to 125°F). Relative humidity levels ranging from 10% to 90% are suitable for operation. For storage, the UNT can be safely kept within a temperature range of -40 to 70°C (-40 to 158°F), maintaining the exact humidity specifications. In terms of dimensions, without an enclosure, it measures 165 x 163 x 56 mm (6.5 x 6.4 x 2.2 in.), while with an enclosure, it increases to 173 x 185 x 119 mm (6.8 x 7.3 x 4.7 in.). The UNT controller weighs approximately 0.64 kg (1.4 lb) when shipped. The UNT121-1 features an 80C652 processor with 32K RAM, 64K ROM, and 8K EEPROM memory capacity. It interfaces with N2 and Zone Bus systems. Regarding compliance, the UNT adheres to various standards, including IEEE 472, IEEE 518, and IEEE 587 Category A. It also meets FCC Part 15, Subpart J, Class A, UL 916, and UL 864 requirements. Furthermore, the UNT121-1 holds UL Listing and CSA Certification as an integral part of the reliable and high-quality Metasys Network.
